Terms of Service

ResiRules is a document-search and explanation service for homeowners.

Users must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate account information.

Users may upload only documents they are permitted to possess and review.

ResiRules grants each activated homeowner limited access for the property and access period connected to their gift.

Acceptable use

Users may not:

• Access another person’s account
• Upload harmful or unlawful files
• Attempt to bypass security controls
• Copy or misuse another user’s information
• Use the service for unlawful activity
• Interfere with the app or its systems

ResiRules may suspend access when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with legal requirements, or protect the service.

Payments and access

Payments are processed by Stripe. One ResiRules Closing Gift provides 12 months of ResiRules access for one homeowner account and one property.

AI-generated answers

AI-generated answers may contain mistakes. Users are responsible for reviewing the cited source document before relying on an answer.

HOA documents may be incomplete, outdated, amended, incorrectly scanned, or legally unenforceable. ResiRules does not guarantee that uploaded documents contain every current rule affecting a property.

Changes to these terms

ResiRules may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.

Refund policy

Purchases are governed by the ResiRules Refund Policy.
